How to organize 14 divider golf bag?
When organizing a 14 way golf bag, start by grouping your clubs by type (e.g., woods, irons, wedges, putter). Then, place each group of clubs in its designated divider to keep them organized and easily accessible during your round. Start by placing your driver in a front slot of the bag, which is usually furthest from the golf cart. Follow with fairway woods, and then irons, longest to shortest. Our lightest weight stand bag is the VLS Stand DXR.
What is the difference between the Player III and the Player III DXR?
The Player III Stand Bag comes in 2 different options: our standard Player III and the DXR version. The main difference in these bags is the materials used for the body of the bag, materials for the top, and color options. These bags are constructed in the same manner and there is no difference in the structure of the bag.
The standard Player III is made with our Tour-Grade synthetic leather for the outside material and is available in multiple colors options. The top for this bag is lined with a soft microfiber lining for an extra touch of luxury performance.
The Player III DXR is made using Diamond X-PAC Ripstop Nylon for the back and sides of the bag, Tour-Grade synthetic leather on the front portion of the bag, and lightweight mesh top. The ultralight and durable DXR nylon makes for an even lighter carry. This option is only available in a black color-way with red accents throughout the bag.
What size water bottle will fit in the pockets of a golf bag?
The VESSEL x MiiR Vacuum Insulated Bottle fits into any VESSEL bag.
The Player IV and Player IV Pro can fit most water bottles up to 32 oz.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.
Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed.

How do I add my name and/or company logo?
To add personalization, go to the product page and select the color and size you would like. Then, click "personalization." It will give you the option to upload a logo and/or name to view a preview. We will remove any colored backgrounds from the logo provided.

Can I design a custom bag?
Personalization is the process of adding a logo and/or text to any of our in-line products. Items with personalization ship within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. In-house personalization options include:
- Embroidery
- Nameplate engraving
- Heat transfer
Customization is the process of designing a made-to-order custom bag. Our customization process allows you to choose your own bag model, colors, material textures, logos and embroidery. The standard turnaround time for custom bags is 60 business days.

Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry, we do not. Because we ship with FedEx, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
What if I can't find my package?
There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 1 business day please follow the steps below.
If you have not received your package and you have a tracking number that indicates your package has been delivered, please follow these steps within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll be happy to help you locate your package or send you a new one.

- We will contact you within 48 hours with an update

Returns
Return and Exchange Policy
At VESSEL, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Returns are credited to the original form of payment.
- Shipping & handling are non-refundable.
- Custom & personalized items are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Golf Bag Returns
- There is a flat $35 return label fee for all golf bags + golf travel cases, which will be deducted from the refund.
- There is a flat $100 return label fee for the Golf Travel Hard Case.
- Buyer may use their own return label.
How do I file a warranty claim?
You can read the full VESSEL Warranty before filing a claim.
If you need to file a warranty claim, please reach out to info@vesselbags.com via email with the following information:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Product being returned
- Reason for warranty claim
- VESSEL order number - If your item was purchased through a retailer or club, please provide us with a photo of your receipt
- Photo/video of warranty issue
- Shipping address

Things to note before beginning a claim:
- Some products are not eligible for warranty replacements. Please review the full VESSEL warranty before filing a claim.
- If a replacement accessory or repair will resolve the warranty claim, the claim will not be eligible for an entire replacement unit as well.
- The VESSEL Warranty covers product defects and does not cover accidental damage from misuse of the product.
- Additional information may be required to complete a claim.
Authorized Retailer Returns
All VESSEL products not purchased directly from the VESSEL website must be returned to the original seller. At this time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for VESSEL products purchased from our retailers.
