Return Policy

At Vessel, we want to make your holiday shopping experience worry-free! That's why we are pleased to offer a special holiday return and exchange policy. Any purchase made on or after November 13th, 2024 may be returned or exchanged until January 15th, 2025.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are credited to the original form of payment. Proof of purchase is required to process the return.

• Shipping & handling are non-refundable.
• Custom & personalized items are non-refundable.
• Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Gift Cards are non-refundable.
• Exchanges must be made for the same item.
• Promotional gift cards void upon order return.
• Promotional gifts must be included in the return.
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged for missing parts in order (towel rings, straps, rain hoods, etc.)

 
Golf Bag Returns

• There is a flat $35 return label fee for all golf bags + the golf travel case.
• There is a flat $100 return label fee for the hardshell golf travel case.
• Buyer may use their own return label.

*VESSEL monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at VESSEL in all instances. Rewards points and spending associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at VESSEL’s discretion.

*Please note: This extended window applies only to purchases made in the specified date range. Our standard return and exchange policy remains in effect for all other items not covered by this Holiday Return and Exchange Policy.
