Return Policy
At VESSEL, we want to make your shopping experience worry-free! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund or exchange. Any return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. A refund will only be given for the cost of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are credited to the original form of payment. Proof of purchase is required to process the return.
- Custom & personalized items are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- Promotional gift cards are void upon order return.
- Promotional gifts must be included in the return.
- Sale items are final sale and non-exchangeable.
- A 10% restocking fee will be charged for missing parts in order (towel rings, straps, promotional gifts, rain hoods, etc.).
Golf Bag Returns
Return Label Fees:
- Golf Bags and Soft Travel Cases: A flat $50 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Accessories: A flat $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Golf Travel Hard Case: A flat $100 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Alternatively, you may provide your shipping label.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are free – no label or return fees!
- Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

*VESSEL monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at VESSEL in all instances. Rewards points and spending associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at VESSEL’s discretion.
