"There was a tear in my bag and Vessel offered to try and repair it for free. The bag was repaired and sent back to me very fast. The bag looked brand new. They did a great job and I would recommend Vessel to anyone looking for a golf bag!!"

"Everything about my player 3 bag has been great. The only exception was that the zipper on the garment bag was not closing anymore. I play year round so even though I contacted them before the warranty, I took my sweet time to send it. About 1.5 years after I bought it, vessel still took it in and fixed the bag for me. I’m only buying vessel bags from now on for service like this!"
