How do you add your name???? I put the bag and check the name to embroider on it. There is no where the pit what I want on the from pouch. Please help!

Hi there! To add personalization, go to the product page, select the color and size you would like, and click "personalization." It will then give you the option to upload a logo and/or name to view a preview. We will remove any colored backgrounds from the logo provided. Name and Logo personalization is embroidered onto the bag. If the product you are looking for does not have this personalization feature, please email the style/color and personalization request to info@vesselbags.com and we will have a team member reach out to you!

Is cost for name and logo include shipping? What is turn around time?
