"The book bag is just a fantastic piece. The shade of blue and look and feel and functionality. You don’t have to be into gold to appreciate the bag but the Open prestige with the bag is special, if you are into it. It took very long for them to process and ship the bag. I wasn’t happy with that. Hard to believe they are swamped with orders at their price point. To their credit they issues me a partial refund because the unusually long delay."
